  This place was AMAZING! The location is extremely secluded (which is what we wanted) and the hot tub was very relaxing! VERY CLEAN HOME with modern appliances. The wood and rustic wall paper were beautifully designed along with entire decor. The internet service was very reliable with a smart TV and the back patio with the added fireplace was very nice!!! Anytime I come back to this area I hopefully will be able to stay in this home.

  This company gets 1 star for the view only. The view is beautiful and that's the most credit I can give after the bad experience my family and I had. On Day 1, there was a tick in the shower and another one in the bed where my 1-year-old niece was sleeping. The water was a mere trickle coming out of the faucets throughout the house (we had to let the water run for several minutes before enough water came out to shower in). The house wasn't clean (dusty with dead bugs all over the place). I could go on. For the money spent, we expected way more. There are 11 placards throughout the cabin telling you what you CANT do. This alone was not welcoming. With the extremely poor customer service, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

  ROCKNRIVER!! This 5 bedroom cabin is ONLY PLEASING TO THE EYE. I decided to spend my birthday away from all worries here in Ellijay and it was TERRIBLE. Doing our initial walk through, we noticed that the downstairs bathroom was disgusting! Rat dropping were all in the shower and on the side of the shower on the floor. Appears that no one has been here to clean or even check prior to us coming. All of the dishes were dirty and the floor appear to have not been swept as goldfish were all over the place. We were also misled the cabin was down a steep hill with a rocky, dirt road and I drove my LEXUS here. SMH The amenities were a good 20 min or more by car, no less. The upstairs bedroom also had rat dropping IN THE BED and on the dresser. They carry diseases so this was not only disgusting, it was embarrassing! I tried calling the cabin owners and they would never answer. We had to go and get Lysol wipes just to "feel" better. The rats were in the wall so we never saw them, however we heard them ALLLLL night. The couple that had that room had to sleep on the sofa. Once I left, I contacted the people who I had been speaking with prior to renting and they basically insinuated that I made it all up. Not how can we make this up ect. Never again. See the pictures attached. DO NOT STAY AT ROCKNRIVER!!!!!

  The Rome GA branch of this firm cost me $5,000 in penalties from the IRS due incorrectly filing my payroll taxes for 8 months!! Now the owner, Lee Jennings, ignores my emails and phone calls! I highly DO NOT recommend anyone use them!!
